Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 7 calendar days of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, and change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. We will provide the remedy required under New Zealand consumer law and cover reasonable return delivery costs where required.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect replacement remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Unavailable products
If we cannot source an item, we will offer a full refund or an alternative with your approval.
