Shipping destination
Orange Jay currently ships to New Zealand only.

How orders are fulfilled
We do not hold local stock. Products are sourced from retailers and suppliers in Korea after payment is confirmed, checked, and shipped to New Zealand.

Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days (approximately 2–3 weeks) from order confirmation. This estimate includes sourcing, processing, international transport, customs clearance, and local courier delivery.

Occasional delays may occur because of product availability, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or courier disruption. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you.

Shipping fees
Standard tracked shipping: NZD $10
Free tracked shipping for orders of NZD $100 or more

Tracking
We will email tracking information after the parcel has been dispatched. Tracking may take a short time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Unavailable products
If an item becomes unavailable before we can source it, we will contact you and offer a full refund for that item or an alternative product with your approval.
