Shipping Policy

We currently ship to New Zealand only.

All products are sourced after your order is placed. This means your order is purchased from Korea after payment is received, then shipped from Korea to New Zealand.

Estimated delivery time is 10–21 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, Korean supplier processing time, international shipping, customs clearance, and local courier delays.

Shipping fee:

  • Standard tracked shipping: NZD $10

  • Free tracked shipping for orders of NZD $100 or more

Order processing:

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative option.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information where available.
